Amy has over 4 years experience working as an ecologist in the consultancy industry. She graduated from the University of Queensland with honours in 2007 completing her thesis on the Condition Indices of the Macropods on South Stradbroke Island.

She recently completed a volunteering stint with the Australian Wildlife Conservancy at Scotia Sanctuary. This involved hands on experience in capturing, collaring, tagging and releasing endangered species that are monitored by the not for profit organisation.

During Amy's time with the firm she has gained experience and skills in flora and fauna field survey techniques, ecological reporting, GIS and data presentations, preparation of proposals (including budgeting and invoicing) and coordinating fauna permits (Animal Ethics applications, EPA Scientific Purposes Permit and DPI Scientific User Permit). Her involvement in key projects has led to a strong proficiency in flora and fauna surveys and reporting, tree retention plans, vegetation management plans, rehabilitation plans, Regional Ecosystem mapping assessments, Property Map of Assessable Vegetation (PMAV) and Due Diligence studies and reporting. All of which are completed within Queensland legislation.

Azadeh is an Environmental Scientist with a strong background in Biology and Ecological Sciene. She began working as a research assistant for May Couri and Immunology, SBU School of Medicine Laboratories in Iran and later contributed her knowledge to the published text Biology and Biochemistry as a co author.

Her time at Cardno Chenoweth has seen her involved in a number of significant projects, which have further developed her experience and skills in environmental reporting, scenic amenity studies, ecological surveys, GIS mapping and data presentation.

Nicolas is an Ecologist who recently graduated from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Science in Ecology and Conservation Biology. Through his studies he has gained experience and skills in the field, ecological reporting, flora and fauna survey techniques, GIS and data presentation.

Through extensive volunteer work he has accumulated over 600 hours of experience in a number of projects of which he is still involved with. From 2010 Nicolas has been a board member and treasurer of the Humpbacks and High-Rises Volunteer Program. This involved following and tracking humpback whales (Megapteranovaeangliae) in order to create GPS tracks of their movement and record their behaviour, co-ordinating and organising surveys, training new volunteers, collection and collation of all field data including photographing flukes and community consultation.

In addition to the Humpbacks research program Nicolas has also volunteered his time to the Environmental Future Centre since 2009. Developing his skills in vegetation tagging, biological surveys, use of long term ecological transects for surveys, habitat restoration and has gained thorough knowledge of the Queensland region fauna.
