Chenoweth Environmental Planning & Landscape Architecture (Chenoweth EPLA) provides consulting services in flora and fauna assessment, environmental planning, landscape design, visual impacts and scenic evaluation, sustainable development and open space management, integrating ecological and human needs.

The practice is located in the Brisbane City Centre, as a relatively small but interdisciplinary team of nine permanent staff. Our service is personal, reliable reputable and professional.

The team at Chenoweth EPLA combines qualifications, skills and experience in design, sciences, GIS and planning, with appropriate capabilities for each project and site. Our project experience of 20 years includes services to all levels of government, private sector clients and large consultancy teams, and to the Planning & Environment Court.

Chenoweth EPLA has developed new approaches and techniques in environmental planning and landscape assessment, and we maintain our 'leading edge' position by a committment to innovation, adaption and scoping to deliver outputs which address client needs. Our reports and designs also meet the expectations of government agencies and communities for high standards of accuracy, legibility, applicability and ethics.

The practice is well-equiped with IT and other resources, including full drafting office capabilities, fauna survey field equipment and GPS. Software includes AutoCAD/Civil 3D, InDesign and GIS (MapInfo), ensuring effective data analysis and a high presentation standard of all material.
